6-Month Plan
The Maintenance Plan is designed as a 6-month commitment. Customers receive one valet per month at the agreed Maintenance Plan price.
Payment
Payment is made monthly at the price selected when joining the plan.
What’s Included
Each monthly payment includes one valet according to the Maintenance Plan selected.
Booking & Rescheduling
Customers must arrange their monthly appointment with M&M Deluxe. Appointments are subject to availability. If a customer needs to change their appointment, they should contact M&M Deluxe as soon as reasonably possible so the appointment can be rearranged.
Early Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the end of the 6-month period. If a customer cancels early, M&M Deluxe may recalculate the services already provided using the applicable standard one-off prices and recover any genuine difference between those prices and the discounted Maintenance Plan payments already made, where legally permitted. Customers will not be charged for future services that have not been provided.
End of Plan
The initial Maintenance Plan ends after the sixth monthly payment unless the customer chooses to continue with M&M Deluxe.
Customer Rights
Nothing in these terms affects any cancellation, refund or other rights the customer has under applicable UK consumer law.
Service Availability
Appointments are subject to availability and reasonable travel/service-area restrictions.
Changes to Pricing
The price agreed when joining the 6-month plan will remain the agreed price for the initial 6-month term unless otherwise required or agreed.
Before you pay
- This is a 6-month plan: 6 monthly payments, one valet each month.
- Your first payment is taken today, then automatically each month.
- If you cancel early, services already provided may be recalculated at standard one-off prices. You won't be charged for future services not provided.
- Your UK consumer rights are not affected.
